30 helpful tips for twin pregnancies from friends
1. Food TV during the night feeds and pumping. Helps calm the nerves and prepare for next day’s meal ideas (Melissa)
2. Bite babies nails instead of using scary clippers. (Chrissy)
3. With twins, use disposables and use cloth as stand by to maintain reasonable expecations of self if need be (David)
4. For snacks during morning sickness and throughout pregnancy, try unsweetened licorice, earl grey, Japanese pickled ginger (Leah)
5. If pp dish out advice not asked for, bear with it just in case there is a gold nugget in it somewhere. a) breast, formula-top-up (if not enough EBM), wind x 2/3, change and settle and pump within hour and a bit every four hours (for prems), use formula during night feed, wind change, settle and pump
b) bottle-EBM. formula-top-up (if not enough EBM), wind 2/3, change and settle and pump
c) just formula

29. Reading sanitary slip odd spots for distraction. Some good examples, the hair of humans can stretch 25% without breaking, rats can go without water longer than camels, elephants are the only animals that cannot jump (me)
